Adrian Erickson had a vision of creating one of the most enchanting and extraordinary property developments in Canada, while maintaining the beautiful natural character of Anarchist Mountain. This vision is the foundation of Regal Ridge. In 2002, drawing on his skills as a businessman and his passion for nature, Erickson formulated and planned a development that was both creative and unique. His decision to set aside approximately 3000 acres as a conservation area and make the most of the incredible views and private seclusion has made Regal Ridge a spectacular, one of a kind development.
Challenged and inspired by the unprecedented size and originality of Regal Ridge, Ryan Erickson joined the team in 2004. His skill and enthusiasm earned him the promotion to Sales Manager in August of 2005 and today he handles almost 90% of all sales and oversees the marketing department. Ryan’s dedication to the project is unequalled and he would be pleased to give you a personal tour of Regal Ridge, ensuring that you receive a full and complete overview of the array of properties and opportunities of this spectacular development.
